Wendy Wilton is a training consultant and Certified Executive Coach with Wilton Consulting Inc. specializing in the development/delivery of customized face-to-face and online training. Wendy has developed courses for a variety of clients in diverse fields including health care, finance, energy and educational fields.

As a continuous learner, Wendy began her personal learning journey at the University of Alberta receiving her Bachelor of Education degree 1991. This was followed by a Master of Education degree in Distance Education from Athabasca University in 2000. Wendy represented her graduating class at AU in 2000 receiving the Governor General’s Academic Gold Medal awarded to the student who achieves the highest academic standing at the graduate level. Most recently, Wendy earned her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University achieving the designation of Certified Executive Coach. Along with these formal education experiences, continuous learning through course work, workshops and conferences helps hone skills and inspire enthusiasm for what she does.

Through her facilitation, Wendy has been privileged to meet thousands of people and she continues to learn and develop with each course/workshop session taught. A personal philosophy that learning should be fun and engaging has brought accolades from participants across the continent touting Wendy as teacher who inspires the best in others.
